Our recruitment process in Offices

Discover all the steps in our recruitment process for Offices and Agencies and our advice on how to give yourself the best chance of success! 

Step 1: Apply for your dream job 

Select the job offer of your choice and apply now! Your application will be sent to the recruiter, who will study it carefully. 

Step 2: We're interested in your profile

You will be contacted for an initial telephone interview. This is an opportunity to find out more about your motivations, your previous experiences, your availability... and to answer all your questions. 

Step 3: Time to meet 

You will be invited to an interview by the HR manager or directly by the hiring manager. Depending on the position, you may also take part in a second interview, either face-to-face or online, depending on the position and your geographical location.

Stage 4: The adventure begins 

We want you on our team! Now it's time to finalise the terms of our future collaboration. Once the offer has been accepted, your employment contract will be sent to you to read and sign. 

Stage 5: The big day! 

Welcome to our team! When you arrive, you'll be welcomed by your manager and your new team. You will have an induction meeting to familiarise you with your new role. You will then follow an induction course to find out all about Club Med.

- Before I send in my application, I should take a good look at the criteria for the job: the type of contract, the experience and skills required, etc. 

- I'm attaching my CV and filling in my details to give myself the best chance of success.

My application has been accepted and I have an initial telephone interview

- I'm browsing through the career website to get a better understanding of my day-to-day work as a G.O (Gentle Organiser) in the Office. 

- I sit down in a quiet space so that I can get through this interview as calmly as possible. 

- I talk to the recruiter about myself, my expectations and my experience. 

- I'm prepared to answer technical questions about my job or my personality. 

I got a second interview 

- Preparing for my interview: preparation is 90% of success! 

- I wear the right outfit so that I'm comfortable and give the best possible impression of myself. 

- I'll be there on time. 

- I'm zen, the recruiter will be able to put me at ease. 

- I put forward the skills that I can bring to my future team and those that Club Med could help me develop. 

- I feel free to ask questions and share what drives me, what motivates me and what I'm passionate about.
