What is inclusion at work?

Inclusion at work means offering access to all positions to all employees in the company, regardless of their age, gender, origin, sexual orientation or state of health. In this way, all employee profiles can be integrated into our company. But the notion of diversity and inclusion in the workplace is different from the notion of integration. 
In fact, integration does not require a major change in the company. It's up to the employee to adapt to the system. Whereas with the principle of inclusion in the workplace, it is the company that changes its operating methods so that each worker can integrate effortlessly, with the aim of ensuring that everyone works under the best possible conditions. In this way, it is possible to combine employment and disability. At Club Med, we have anchored inclusion in our way of working and are a company that also champions multiculturality at work.
