Founded in 2006, the Université des Talents has supported many employees in their integration into Resorts or offices. This structure brings together nearly a hundred trainers specializing in their fields and occasionally calls on external speakers.

The Université des Talents by Club Med offers a highly diversified range of training programs. Our goal is to equip new employees with all the necessary knowledge and skills, and to encourage their growth within the company.
