Club Med value

Since its creation, Club Med highlights 5 key values linked to the company's DNA: kindness, multiculturalism, pioneer spirit, freedom and responsibility. To work at Club Med, whether in one of our 70 Resorts or our 40 offices in France and abroad, respect for these core values is essential. You'll embody them in your daily work by adopting an attitude that is both upscale and relaxed.

Resume for a seasonal job: the human qualities expected

In addition to diplomas and professional experience, the candidate's personality is a determining factor. Being smiling, enthusiastic, naturally kind, having a real sense of service to satisfy our customers and helping each other as a team, are the qualities that Club Med is looking for. Of course, open-mindedness is also essential: you will meet G.Ms (Gentle Members, or clients) with multiple facets, sometimes in places and countries that are culturally very different from what you know. These differences are a source of wealth. So show your adaptability and your hunger for discovery in your resume for a seasonal job.

Working at Club Med with what know-how?

At Club Med, the profiles sought are numerous. In addition to the personality elements mentioned above, some job skills are also particularly appreciated. If you have a diploma or professional experience in one of these areas, put it forward. We recruit in a wide variety of sectors. Feel free to browse through all of Club Med's professions. Qualifications and significant experience are a plus, but are not a prerequisite for all jobs.

Resume for seasonal employment: how to organize it?

There are various types of qualities to bring to apply for a job at Club Med. But how do you write your first resume for a summer or winter job? The first step is to list your values and qualities by category (soft skills and know-how/skills). Then come the diplomas and professional experience. Skills should be highlighted according to the targeted job. Language skills should also be included. If you speak English or French, it will be perfect for a position as a G.O (Gentle Organizer) or G.E (Gentle Employee). You'll also have the opportunity to improve your English or other languages during your immersion at Club Med by working with international teams and clients from around the world, and by participating in various training sessions throughout the season. If you are not comfortable with the language, there are other opportunities for you in positions that do not require exchanges.
