The Family Manager organizes and leads fun activities for children and teenagers in clearly defined age categories. Available and proactive, dynamic and creative, they put these qualities into practice in games, tournaments, shows (singing, choreography, sketches), themed evenings or dances for and with children. What are the ages of the children by the Club Med Family Manager?

The Family Manager's job is to supervise the pedagogical teams and ensure the safety of all children. Children are divided into four groups:

- from 4 to 23 months, the Family Manager ensures that his teams bring them sensory awakening and tenderness on a daily basis;

- from 2 to 3 years, the focus is on discovery and socialization. The Family Manager makes every effort to welcome them into a playful and reassuring environment;

- from 4 to 10 years old, talents are expressed and activities evolve according to their age. Everything is planned by the Family Manager to ensure that your children have unforgettable memories of their vacation;

- from 11 to 17 years old, teenagers are free to take part in the activities offered by the Family Manager. These are designed to encourage exchanges and encounters.

What are the main qualities of a Club Med Family Manager?

To ensure the smooth running of a children's club, the Manager must have many qualities. First and foremost, he or she must be rigorous, ensuring that all staff master and apply current health and safety standards to perfection. He or she must also be organized, so as to be able to manage the resources and staff required according to the number of children being cared for.

As the primary person in contact with the youngest children, the Family Manager must also be reassuring. He or she must be able to build an environment of trust instantly, both with the little ones and with the parents. As a teacher, he/she works closely with his/her team to propose activities that respect each child's rhythm and contribute to his/her development.

What is the role of the Club Med Family Manager?

The Family Manager is not only responsible for the welcome, quality and safety of the youngest guests, but also for supervising and stimulating his or her teams. At the same time, he or she must work in coordination with all other departments at the Resort. This enables them to organize events. Last but not least, he or she is responsible for ensuring that health and safety standards are applied within the facilities.
