Which skills for which professions?

Do you work as a waiter, chambermaid or childcare worker? Multidisciplinarity is one of our values. As specialists in all-inclusive tourism, we recruit talent in a variety of fields, so that we can offer our customers a complete service. Each job requires different skills, for example
- a Housekeeper masters good hygiene and safety practices;
- a General Housekeeper knows how to manage a team and organize a schedule;
- an Early Childhood Educator is able to propose activities adapted to the youngest children;
- a Receptionist is able to respond to guests' requests and cooperate with the Resort's other departments.

The list of skills required to exercise a profession is by no means exhaustive. As your career progresses, you'll develop new skills with the aim of achieving operational excellence.

What are the different skills sought at Club Med?

At Club Med, it's important to us to hire qualified professionals who have a perfect command of their profession. We recruit numerous profiles each year to strengthen our teams in Resorts in the various departments:
- hospitality and catering ;
- childcare ;
- arts and entertainment ;
- sports ;
- support and sales.

Each area of activity groups together several professions requiring specific skills. To join the hotel service as a linen clerk, you'll need to be able to perform a variety of tasks (ironing, sewing, linen care, etc.). If you want to work as a kitchen assistant, you'll need to master cooking techniques and hygiene standards.
