What is hybrid working at a resort?

Hybrid working offers employees both more autonomy and greater flexibility. At Club Med, we offer our employees who work in the office the opportunity to telework at the Resort. Our 'Workation' concept allows our employees to work while discovering our different Resorts around the world. This innovative option, which allows our employees to immerse themselves in the Club Med world and meet colleagues in Resorts.

Who can benefit from hybrid working at Club Med?

All employees in offices eligible for teleworking can take advantage of hybrid working at Club Med. With the "Workation" concept, our employees can telework for a week at the Resort of their choice. The Resort selected must be in the same time zone as their usual workplace. Thanks to this new way of working, our teams can take part in all the activities on offer at the Resort outside working hours.
