Discover all the steps in our Resorts recruitment process and our advice on how to give yourself the best chance of success! 

Step 1: Apply for your dream job 

Are you up for the Club Med adventure? Select the vacancy that interests you and apply now! 

Step 2: We're interested in your profile 

Our recruitment team will contact you for an initial telephone interview to find out more about you. 

Step 3: Time to meet 

You will be invited to take part in a second interview. This session can take place at our offices or online. This is your chance to ask all your questions!

Step 4: The adventure begins 

We want you in our team! While you're waiting to find out where you're going, you'll be in regular contact with our recruitment team (by e-mail or telephone). 

Step 5: Destination > Club Med 

Our recruitment team will confirm your destination and explain everything about your future Resort and your arrival. Are you packed and ready to go? Departure can be very quick! 

Step 6: The big day! 

You're off to your Resort. A member of the HR team and your manager will be there when you arrive to welcome you and support you as you begin this new adventure!

My application has been accepted and I have an initial telephone interview. 

- I browse the career website to get a better understanding of my daily life as a G.O or G.E (Gentle Organiser or Gentle Employee) and life in a Club Med Resort. 
- I sit down in a quiet area to go through the interview as calmly as possible.  

- I talk to the recruiter about myself, my expectations and my experience.  

- I'm ready to answer technical questions about my job or my personality. 



I got a second interview 

- I prepare for my interview: preparation is 90% of success! 
- I wear the right clothes so that I'm comfortable and give the best possible impression of myself. 
- I'm on time. 

- I'm zen, the recruiter is a former G.O who knows how to put me at ease 

- I'm motivated, I showcase my skills, my knowledge and my human qualities 

- I feel free to ask questions and share what drives me, what motivates me and what I'm passionate about.
