How to go abroad to work?

Working abroad requires preparation! For any international work project, it’s important to understand administrative requirements, such as obtaining a work permit. You can benefit from programs like the VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise) to travel and work in our offices in Canada, the European Union, and many other countries. Before leaving, you should also consider all practical aspects (bank account, insurance, taxes, etc.) and research companies and housing. At Club Med, you don’t need to worry about accommodation since you are housed on site. As part of international mobility and after your first experience, we handle the visa process to make your relocation easier.

The best destinations to work with Club Med

Club Med operates in nearly 70 resorts around the world, offering many opportunities to work abroad. Wondering which country is best for living and working? Asia, North and South America, Europe, and Africa, the possibilities are vast and varied!

In our Club Med Exclusive Collection (luxury line) resorts, you can enjoy the idyllic setting of the Seychelles or Mauritius, known for their paradise beaches and lush nature. During your free time, you can also explore the Italian Alps, combining work with a sporty stay.

At Club Med, it’s entirely possible to work successive seasons in different international resorts. However, due to logistical and geographical factors, transfers between regions can sometimes be complex, though still feasible. We also offer job opportunities in our offices around the world, where you’ll enjoy a modern and friendly environment. To strengthen links with local teams, it’s even possible to work remotely from a resort (up to one week per year). A unique experience in an exceptional setting!

We regularly recruit for seasonal positions in winter and summer. To join us, simply apply directly to our online job offers. If your profile matches, you’ll take part in a phone interview followed by an in-person or video recruitment session. A final interview will be scheduled with our team, during which you will learn about your place of assignment.
