How to Travel and Work in Europe with Club Med
Thanks to the European Union, European citizens can easily travel and work without requiring a visa or special work permit across most EU countries. For example, if you’re French, you can work in various fields abroad, including public services. Club Med has numerous resorts throughout Europe, offering opportunities to work while exploring the continent. We recruit passionate individuals who share our values—whether you have a degree or not. When applying to Club Med, you apply first for a position, not a specific destination. Assignments abroad depend on various factors, such as availability and local work authorizations. Most of the time, your first season will take place in your country of residence (if possible), allowing you to get to know Club Med’s unique universe. After this first season, you can discuss international mobility with a recruiter. Sometimes, first assignments abroad are possible right away depending on availability.

A “workation” combines work and vacation—allowing you to work in a dream-like setting. At Club Med, office G.Os can work remotely once a year from one of our resorts within the same or nearby time zone (up to 3 hours difference). The workation experience helps team members build stronger connections with on-site resort teams and fosters team spirit. For a few days, employees can enjoy a unique working atmosphere while fully immersing themselves in the Club Med world.
