You are:
- Caring: you establish secure bonds, provide a professional and friendly welcome.
- Dynamic: you bring positive energy to create a reassuring environment.
- Meticulous: you respond to the child's daily needs with attention, ensuring general health surveillance.

You will:
- Ensure the welcome and care of a group of children from 4 months to less than 4 years old.
- Adapt your behavior to meet various cultural needs.
- Design activities and events suitable for the age of the supervised children.
- Accompany the child in all daily life stages, including dressing, hygiene, meals, games, and naptime.
- Inform parents of key moments in their child's day during daily pick-up.
- Establish affective safety bonds for toddlers, reassuring parents.
- Share your knowledge and experience with trainees.
- Follow Club standards, Baby Club safety and hygiene instructions, and legal framework.
- Ensure the well-being of the child by meeting their needs (food, hygiene, nursing, sleep, contact, relationship).
- Guarantee effective communication with parents.
- Ensure the quality and safety of the structure by maintaining equipment in good condition.
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of care equipment.
- Follow various established care and hygiene protocols.
- Follow rules for storage and use of protective equipment.
