You are

• Holder of a swimming proficiency certificate
• Pedagogical, able to teach technical and safety rules to guests of all levels
• Leader, capable of managing, motivating and supporting a team
• Passionate, inspiring guests to discover, progress and push their limits through water sports
• Responsible, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and seamless activity execution

You will

• Supervise all water sports activities offered such as sailing, windsurfing, kayaking and paddleboarding, from initiation to advanced levels
• Lead and coordinate a team of 5 to 12 instructors and animators, ensuring motivation and alignment
• Guarantee the safety of guests and team members in all water activities
• Promote water sports within the Resort and ensure the quality of services delivered
• Support your teams in their professional growth by uniting them around clear objectives
• Maintain and monitor the condition of nautical equipment, materials and Resort facilities
• Ensure strict compliance with Club Med hygiene and safety standards

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
