Your working environment
Each Resort has several restaurants and bars, both event-based and more intimate, serving our Premium All Inclusive offer. You are
- Sociable, you know how to connect with our guests and build a trusting relationship.
- Efficient, you know how to manage priorities and ensure timely service.
- Attentive, you ensure each guest receives personalised service.

You will
- Ensure the quality of the Food & Beverage service, implementation of and adherence to standards across the services within the scope of their responsibility (kitchen, bar, restaurant, steward and wine advisor services)
- Ensure consistency in the guest offering (guest experience, personalisation, handling of complaints, etc.) in line with Club Med standards
- Develop budget targets, and implement action plans to ensure achieving set targets
- Manage, supervise and assist teams in terms of development and achieving qualitative and quantitative results
- Ensure adherence to legal and commercial sales procedures in the resort and the appropriation thereof by the teams
- Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules as well as that the maintenance of the resort's assets
