JobPurpose

RegionalDigitalMediaSpecialist,ESAP,reportingtotheRegionalDigitalMarketingSeniorManager,willcontribute to Club Med’s efforts in Asia to centralize the management and optimization of our online media investments acrossESAP. A strong strategic understanding of performanceand brandingmedia and passion for all things digital will be key in this role, as s/he works with media buyers, marketing communicationspecialistsandmarketingmanagerstoconnectconsumerstoourbusiness.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Work with regional media agency to craft mediastrategy andplans,and ensure optimized results for all markets aligned with markets’ business needs through regular analysis and debate

  • Work with regional marketing communication specialists to produce andoptimizedigitalpaidmedia assetsfor regional campaigns

  • Elevate the quality and efficiency of digitalpaidmedia asset creations for all markets through regional tools,expertiseand governance

  • Contribute to regular calls and meetings withinternalstakeholders

  • Designandrolloutdigitalmediaroadmaps,frameworksand workflowswithin-marketonlinemanagers,aswellasregionalmediaand creative agencies

  • Manage regional media agency and its relationship with internal stakeholders

  • Manageandsupportthedeploymentofnewtech stack,platforms,partnersandfeaturesowned by global or regional

  • Drive negotiations with tech / media companies on a regional scale

  • Manageandsupportthedeploymentand maintenance ofdata prep anddataviztools owned by globalor regional

  • Managethemaintenance ofproduct listings owned by globalOnline Mediaor regionale.g.Meta Catalog, TripAdvisor, GoogleBusiness

  • Promoteandfacilitatetheadoption of paid media buying in other streamse.g.Social, M&E
