Your work environment
Each Resort offers several restaurants and bars, from large event venues to more intimate spaces, serving our premium all-inclusive offer.
From buffets to plated service, live cooking shows, and numerous festive events, you will have many opportunities to showcase your expertise and creativity while exploring every aspect of our cuisine.
Our refined offer revolves around five pillars: creating memorable experiences anytime and anywhere throughout the day, surprising guests with a variety of conceptual dining spaces, promoting well-being for all (including your own), engaging emotions and senses through presentation, all within a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
You are
- Rigorous and autonomous, with mastery of butchery techniques and comfortable with IT tools.
- Organized and cooperative, able to manage stock and supplies proactively while working closely with the kitchen teams.
- Customer-oriented, with skills to advise and listen to guests.
You will
- Offer butcher specials and provide plated service at the buffet, while personalizing guest interactions (serving 600 to 1,800 covers).
- Manage orders and stock for your activity to minimize waste.
- Prepare and produce the butcher product range according to the menu plan.
- Ensure effective product presentation and constant replenishment of your buffet area.
- Guarantee the quality of service, product traceability, and strict compliance with Club Med hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will carry out your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether engaging with them, sharing an activity, or showcasing your talents on stage, you will contribute to creating unforgettable memories.
