Required qualification: Diploma in Bartending, Hospitality, or Restaurant Service, or equivalent experience. Mastery of bar service, cocktail preparation, and premium presentation required.
Experience required: 1 to 3 years

You are
• Sociable, with a natural talent for building trust and connection with guests.
• Efficient and organized, able to manage priorities to minimize waiting times.

You will
• Welcome, advise, and serve customers while personalizing their experience.
• Organize events at the bars for between 600 and 1,000 guests.
• Contribute to the management of economic and quality performance within the Resort’s bars.
• Prepare cocktails suited to our international clientele.
• Provide bar and dining area service, clear tables, and manage the dishwashing area.
• Control ingredient measures, monitor stock levels, and maintain cleanliness at your workstation.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med’s quality standards, work processes, hygiene, safety, and legal regulations.

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will perform your job with passion while also taking part in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether engaging with guests, sharing an activity, or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and unforgettable memories.
