Your work environment
At Club Med, each season, our G.O and G.E teams deliver extraordinary holidays to our guests, and support functions play a crucial role by assisting them daily.
By joining our HR, finance, digital and training services in Resorts, you will have the opportunity to work closely with multicultural teams. You will help create a friendly yet professional working atmosphere through a caring and proactive approach, which is essential for smooth operations and the well-being of everyone.

You are

  • Graduate in Human Resources (BAC +5 or equivalent)
  • Caring, attentive and diplomatic in your interactions
  • Discreet, able to handle confidential information professionally
  • Rigorous, proficient with office tools (Excel) and organized in daily tasks

You will

  • Assist the HR Manager in managing personnel and applying social regulations in the Resort
  • Ensure control over working time including overtime, absences and schedules
  • Update mandatory registers in accordance with current national legislation
  • Handle administrative activities related to human resources such as tracking individual records, mandatory declarations and employee requests
  • Verify necessary information for payroll processing including absences, sick leave and working hours
  • Maintain updated HR data in the HRIS (Workday)

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
