Te encargarás de:
- Personalizar la experiencia del cliente: Preparar la llegada del cliente (datos del cliente, preferencias, recomendaciones...) y realizar un primer contacto antes de la llegada, anotar sus preferencias y crear un primer vínculo profesional y acogedor para que el cliente sienta confianza.
- Escuchar preferencias y habitudes del cliente y tenerlos en cuenta durante toda su estancia. - Recibir los feedbacks del cliente con tacto y elegancia y hacerlos llegar al responsable ofreciéndole soluciones.
- Recibir y asistir amable y profesionalmente a los clientes al llegar y al salir (check-in/check-out) y durante su estancia (cambio de habitación, transporte).
- Optimizar la difusión de la información de manera activa y traducir los documentos y eventos en su idioma materno si procede.
- Construir una experiencia a medida para cada cliente ofreciéndole servicios incluidos y a la carta adaptados a sus necesidades dependiendo de su perfil.
- Conocer y cumplir las normas de higiene y de seguridad y todos los procedimientos de emergencia y de evacuación e informar a los clientes.
