PURPOSE OF THE JOB

As an Agency Sales Agent at Club Med, you willbe responsible forpromoting and selling our unique travel experiences through a network of partner travel agencies. Your mission will be to build andmaintainstrong relationships with agencies, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of Club Med's sales.

GENERAL MISSIONS

1.BusinessDevelopment

  • Identifyandacquirenew partner travel agencies in your designated geographic area.

  • Strengthen relationships with existing travel agencies through regular communication and follow-ups.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to your market to maximize opportunities and achieve growthobjectives.

2.Sales andAdvice

  • Present Club Med’s products and services to travel agents, highlighting their benefits and unique experiences.

  • Providetailored advice and recommendations based on customer needs.

  • Negotiate and close sales with the goal of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

3.Training and Engagement

  • Organize and conduct product training for travel agency staff to enhance their knowledge and selling capabilities.

  • Represent Club Med at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to further promote the brand.

  • Continuouslymonitorcompetitors and market trends, sharing relevant insights with the team.

4.Reportingand Analytics

  • Track sales performance by agency and analyze relevant data toidentifyareas for improvement.

  • Compile and present regular sales activity reports highlighting progress and results.

  • Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage relationships, track opportunities, andmaintainup-to-date contact records.

5.Customer Satisfaction and Feedback

  • Act as a brand ambassador by ensuring a positive experience for all partner agencies.

  • Collect and analyze feedback from agencies and customers to make actionable recommendations for service improvement.

  • Align with other internal departments to ensurean optimalcustomer journey.

6. Management & Leadership

  • Create a structuring and inspiring framework: Provide a clear and engaging environment, give meaning to actions and embody the Club Med Spirit. 

  • Develop and empower teams: Help them develop their skills, encourage autonomy and initiative. 

  • Ensure operational excellence: Manage performance with rigor and benevolence, optimizing time and resources.

  • Sales Growth: Percentage of sales growth generated by partner agencies.

  • Agency Retention: Percentage of active agencies with consistent engagement across the region.

  • Conversion Rate: Ratio of successful sales from leads generated through partner agencies.

  • Training Completion Rates: Number of training sessions conducted and attendance levels.

  • CRM Utilization: Percentage of CRM dataupdatedand accuracymaintained.
