Gestionar el departamento de Pizzería con total autonomía.
Manejar los pedidos y el stock.
Asegurar el control, la preparación, la presentación y el reabastecimiento de los bufés (de 600 a 1000 cubiertos por servicio).
Ofrecer un servicio a la carta y en bufé, personalizando la relación con el cliente.
Garantizar la calidad de los servicios, el respeto de las normas de higiene y seguridad de Club Med, así como el mantenimiento de los equipos.
Al convertirse en G.O Pizzaiolo, podrá disfrutar de las infraestructuras y actividades ofrecidas por Club Med.
