As part of our growth in Turkey, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Officer (V.I.E) to strengthen our online presence, support local marketing initiatives, and promote our resorts in the region.

Main Responsibilities

As the Digital Marketing Officer for Club Med Turkey, you will work closely with the regional marketing team and EMEA headquarters to implement and localize digital strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive bookings.

Your main missions will include:

  • Digital Campaign Management: Execute, and monitor paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, display) in collaboration with agencies and the HQ performance team.
  • Social Media & Community Management: Give support on Club Med Turkey’s social media platforms, ensuring engaging content that reflects the brand’s lifestyle and values.
  • Website & SEO Optimization: Give support for updating local pages, ensuring optimal visibility, user experience, and alignment with brand guidelines with the help of extern agency.
  • Email & CRM Campaigns: Support on creation of NL and implementation of sending.
  • Performance Analysis: Track KPIs and digital performance (traffic, conversion, engagement) and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, E-commerce, and Communication teams to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated marketing initiatives.

Profile

  • Be a citizen of the European Union and be under 28 years of age (Business France requirements)
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • First successful experience (internship/apprenticeship) in digital marketing, ideally within the tourism, hospitality, or lifestyle industry.
  • Good understanding of digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, CRM tools, analytics, SEO).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English
  • Passion for travel, digital innovation, and brand experiences.
  • Creative, data-driven, and adaptable to a multicultural environment
