Your work environment

From buffet to plated service, live cooking, and festive culinary events, you will have countless opportunities to express your expertise and creativity while developing your skills across our varied culinary concepts.
Our refined food offer is built on five pillars: creating memorable experiences anywhere and anytime of the day, surprising guests with unique dining concepts, promoting well‑being for everyone (including your own), and evoking emotions through presentation and ambience — all in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

You are
• Operational, mastering culinary techniques, professional terminology and digital tools
• A leader, able to organize, motivate and unite a team while managing conflict effectively
• Autonomous, capable of taking strategic decisions in the absence of supervision
• Organized, able to anticipate needs, adhere to processes and plan reactively
• Collaborative, experienced in stock management and team coordination with other departments

You will
• Oversee all culinary production based on pre‑established menu plans for buffets, plated services, events and staff meals
• Lead a brigade of 40 to 80 cooks and chefs, ensuring quality and consistency across theme buffets and bistronomic dining experiences
• Implement and monitor Club Med norms and standards across all kitchens
• Manage orders and stock with the Stock & Supply Manager while maintaining budget targets
• Analyze results and propose improvements to budgets and culinary performance
• Guarantee the quality of culinary output and compliance with Club Med hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
• Unite and motivate teams around shared objectives while supporting their professional growth and training

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
Being a G.O is much more than just a job — it is about experiencing and sharing moments of connection and emotion within a multicultural team.
