Your work environment

From buffets to plated service, live cooking shows, and numerous festive events, you will have many opportunities to showcase your skills and creativity while appreciating the variety of our culinary settings.
Our refined offer is built around five pillars: creating memorable experiences anytime and anywhere throughout the day, surprising guests with a range of conceptual dining spaces, promoting the well-being of all (including your own), and engaging the senses and emotions through presentation, all in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
You are
- Operational, with perfect mastery of culinary techniques and terminology.
- Responsible and a teacher at heart, able to supervise and guide a team.
- Organized, respecting established processes and quality standards.
You will
- Prepare dishes in your section (hot, cold, breakfast, appetizers, cocktails, events) for 600 to 1,800 covers.
- Check mise en place, presentation, and buffet replenishment.
- Participate in lunch and dinner services in our à la carte restaurants.
- Supervise a team of at least 2 cooks to ensure smooth and high-quality food production.
- Follow the menu plan and apply technical datasheets.
- Guarantee the quality of culinary services while strictly adhering to Club Med hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
You will be a Gentle Employee (G.E)
As a G.E, you will play a key role in Club Med’s excellence, working behind the scenes to ensure each day runs smoothly.
Whether preparing, organizing, or ensuring guest comfort, you will perform a discreet yet essential role.
You will be part of a multicultural team where every action counts in turning a stay into a unique experience.
