The Club Med selection process continues, and we already have a date set in Fortaleza to meet future Gentle Organizers (G.Os) ✨
In addition to working, our G.Os live in our resorts, enjoying the unique opportunity to grow professionally, discover new cultures, and have a life‑changing experience.

🔱 Our Selection
The in‑person selection will take place in Fortaleza on July 23th (Thursday).
We have several opportunities in the areas of sports, kids’ entertainment, reception, kitchen, bar, restaurant, housekeeping, and more!
Approved candidates will either be directed to current openings or added to our talent pool for future opportunities.
🔱 Our Resorts
For this selection process, candidates must be geographically available to work and live in one of our resorts: Rio das Pedras (Mangaratiba/RJ), Lake Paradise (Mogi das Cruzes/SP), or Trancoso (Porto Seguro/BA).
