You are

  • Sociable, able to build genuine relationships and trust with guests
  • Efficient and proactive, with a strong sense of priorities and the ability to minimize waiting times
  • Attentive, delivering a personalized experience to every guest
  • Rigorous, detail‑oriented and adaptable, with resilience when facing unexpected challenges

You will

  • Lead and supervise a team of 10 to 30 employees, ensuring their motivation and cohesion
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in organizing and managing restaurant operations (serving 600 to 1,000 guests per service)
  • Oversee service quality, hospitality and setup to guarantee a flawless guest experience
  • Support your teams in their professional growth while uniting them around common goals
  • Maximize additional sales opportunities and optimize the economic performance of your area
  • Manage stock levels and orders (products, supplies, linen) while ensuring efficient resource management
  • Ensure compliance with Club Med standards as well as hygiene, health and safety regulations and legal obligations
  • Collaborate effectively with Bar, Kitchen and Food & Beverage departments to maintain smooth coordination

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
