PURPOSE OF THE JOB            

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator ensures a smooth and effective recruitment, internal mobility, and onboarding process. Acting as a facilitator between HR teams, hiring managers, and candidates, he/she attracts, selects, and retains top talent. By contributing to the continuous improvement of practices, tools, and processes, the coordinator enhances the employer brand and overall HR performance.

GENERAL MISSIONS

1.  Recruitment & sourcing management

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle for office positions, from need identification to reference checks
  • Coordinate with global HR teams and managers to optimize candidate experience and responsiveness

2. Internal mobility & talent management

  • Promote and support internal mobility initiatives, facilitating exchanges between business units and identifying key talents
  • Contribute to the dynamics of international mobility in collaboration with Mobility & Key Talent leaders

3. Employee experience & on-boarding

  • Co-manage and continuously improve the on-boarding journey (orientation sessions, immersions, follow-ups)
  • Provide operational and logistical support to ensure a high-quality onboarding experience, leveraging digital tools (Workday, Workplace, etc.)

4. Early careers population management (trainees, apprentices, VIE)

  • Recruit, monitor, and support trainees, apprentices, and VIE, from school relations to integration and development
  • Handle HR administration for these populations (contracts, follow-up, evaluations)

5. Projects & continuous improvement

  • Participate in strategic HR projects (employer branding, process digitalization, monitoring innovative recruitment practices)
  • Analyze data, suggest improvements, and drive change to enhance efficiency and quality in recruitment and mobility processes

6. Management and leadership

  • Create a structuring and inspiring framework: Provide a clear and engaging environment, give meaning to actions and embody the Club Med Spirit.
  • Develop and empower teams: Help them develop their skills, encourage autonomy and initiative.
  • Ensure operational excellence: Manage performance with rigor and benevolence, optimizing time and resources.

KPI (position requirements objective):

  • Manager & Candidate Satisfaction: Measured through internal surveys or direct feedback
  • Time-to-Fill: Reduction of lead time between job request and successful hire
  • Internal Mobility Rate: Increase in the percentage of roles filled internally
  • New Hire Retention: Decrease in turnover during the first 12 months
  • Effectiveness of Intern/Apprentice Programs: Conversion rate to permanent roles, satisfaction feedback from schools and young talents
