You are
• Sociable, able to create connections and earn guests’ trust
• Efficient and organized, with a strong sense of priorities to minimize waiting times
• Attentive, providing personalized and refined service to each guest
• Professional, maintaining excellent posture, attitude and grooming in a Premium environment

You will
• Ensure setup, service and clearing in the restaurant (600 to 1,000 covers per service)
• Take orders, serve drinks and carry dishes with attention and precision throughout the service
• Welcome and advise guests while personalizing their experience
• Contribute to additional sales, particularly in wine and spirits suggestions
• Guarantee compliance with quality standards, procedures, and Club Med hygiene and safety regulations

You will be a Gentle Employee (G.E)
As a G.E, you will embody Club Med excellence by working behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations each day.
Whether preparing, organizing or ensuring guest comfort, you play an essential role in delivering unique experiences.
