Within the Europe, Middle East & Africa Commercial Business Unit (EMEA Markets), which brings together around fifteen markets where Club Med sells and distributes its vacations and travel packages, you will support the Finance & Controlling team in monitoring financial performance and supporting business growth.

Reporting to the Financial Controlling Manager or the Head of Management Control, you will work cross-functionally with the entire team.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


As part of the team, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Producing and ensuring the integrity of the weekly booking performance reporting for the Business Unit, intended for senior management.
  • Contributing to customer credit risk monitoring by preparing monthly analyses of receivables and overdue payments and collaborating with Finance teams across markets to identify key drivers.
  • Supporting monthly closing and financial forecasting processes through data consolidation, dashboard updates, and preparation of management reporting deliverables.
  • Performing recurring financial analyses to monitor support function expenses and contribute to budget performance management.
  • Participating in internal control projects, including drafting processes and procedures.
  • Conducting ad hoc quantitative analyses for the Marketing and Sales departments.
  • Providing occasional support to the Transportation Controlling team in margin monitoring activities.

PROFILE


  • Master's degree (Bachelor’s +5 years) in Finance, Accounting, or Management Control.
  • Strong command of technical tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of VBA is a plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, curiosity, ability to prioritize, and excellent interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Previous experience in management control/financial controlling would be an advantage.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION


  • Internship position based at Club Med Headquarters in Paris 19th arrondissement, starting in January 2027.
  • Current remote work policy: up to 8 remote working days per month, subject to team agreement, with a minimum of one day per week on-site. Possibility to work remotely for a full week once per quarter.
  • Opportunity to participate in Workation (remote working from a Club Med Resort).
