PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Development Manager is in charge of delivering capacity plan projects.He/sheis in charge ofnegotiating legal and financial terms with project stakeholders (internal and external).

GENERAL MISSIONS

1. Sourcing of new development projects

  • Leadthe analysis of new projects: greenfield, renovations/extensions of existing resorts, refinancing,salesetc. 

  • Contributes to the reflection on the future Club Med destinations for his/her area.

2. Feasibility studies 

  • Is the main contactregardingthe projects in his/her scope for both internal and externalstakeholders.

  • Guarantee the qualityof operational,financialand legal feasibility studies for development projects 

  • Guaranteethe coordinationregardingpositioning study of projects, in terms of product and programing from the conception to the implementation phases.

3. Deal Closing 

  • In charge of negotiating operational and construction agreements with financial stakeholder under the supervision ofDirector/VP

4. Project follow-up

  • Is responsible forthe follow up phase once the agreement is signed, from the implementation of the project up to the opening.

  • Ensure the quality and accuracyof required presentations and documents at each stage of theproject forvalidation (in particular forDevelopment Committee meetings).

5. Management & Leadership

  • Mobilize and unite around a common vision: Engage teams with clear, inspiring communication aligned with strategicobjectives.

  • Support change and innovation:Anticipatedevelopments, adapt workingmethodsand foster a learning culture.

  • Developing empowered leaders and teams:Identifyingtalent, empoweringpeopleand creating a climate of trust and recognition
