You are

  • Creative, skilled in photo shooting, video editing and retouching techniques
  • Multilingual, fluent in French and English, and comfortable interacting with an international clientele
  • Autonomous, adaptable and able to manage projects while engaging with the right stakeholders
  • Expert, familiar with digital tools and communication platforms

You will

  • Produce and distribute various content (editorial, photo, video, digital signage, print materials) on the Resort’s internal social network, screens and mobile app
  • Collect and schedule the distribution of key information to Resort teams for precise and effective communication
  • Support different departments in promoting their additional services and ensure optimal sharing of information with guests
  • Perform some reception-related duties such as assisting guests during check-in and check-out, and following up on special profiles (honeymooners, VIPs, etc.)
  • Manage moderation of reviews on TripAdvisor and create monthly reports with relevant KPIs
  • Support the Head Office product and HR teams by producing localized content at the Resort level

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
Being a G.O is much more than just a job. It is about experiencing and sharing moments of connection and emotion within a multicultural team.
