You Will

  • Guarantee the implementation and compliance of standards by services within its scope and ensure the conformity of the proposed offer with the sales contract concluded with the customer
  • Make a diagnosis, at the opening, of the state of its services and alert its manager of any dysfunctions observed according to the area impacted and issue recommendations
  • Develop a sense of detail in the services within its scope in order to ensure a quality service both in the service delivered and in the visual presentation
  • Seek the optimization of the customer plan, ensure the personalization of the relationship and secure the proper management of complaints
  • Analyze customer satisfaction and implement the necessary corrective actions.
  • Get involved in budget planning, implement actions to achieve the objectives set by your manager
  • Optimize local sales of its services
  • Ensure the implementation and enforcement of health and safety standards in his/her department and participate in meetings as well as in the health and safety unit.
  • Demonstrate leadership
  • Adopt a coaching posture in your management
  • Manager by proximity: show, train and enforce
