GENERAL MISSIONS


TRANSFERS & CLIENT CONSIDERATION
• Organize pre-reserved customer transfers and manage change requests and transfer reservation requests
• Contribute to the management of daily customer requests and complaints and redirect to the Customer Services (countries) if necessary.
• Manage his/her activity and carry out the associated reporting
• Maintain a relationship of trust with external service providers associated with his/her activity
• Produce and communicate transfer and Arrival/Departure programs to village teams
• Produce and communicate information relating to the departure of customers
• Develop legal postings for villages within its perimeter

• Assist clients on arrival and departure in a professional manner to ensure effective delivery
• Be present at airports & stations to ensure a quality reception
• Acquire a complete knowledge of Club Med standards, products and services in order to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
• Work with all the departments of the villages/corporations within his/her scope to meet a customer or internal need.
• Ensure internal control of transfer invoicing, audit and formalize reductions
Suggest improvements to his/her manager regarding daily operations and client experience
• Assist HR in the organization of personnel transport if necessary

HYGIENE & SAFETY
• Know the contracts and commitments of service providers (taxis, buses, baggage handlers) and control them to ensure effective organization in accordance with Club Med standards.
• Know and apply Health & Safety standards and all emergency and evacuation procedures and inform customers accordingly.
• Comply with the legal framework
• Respect the resort’s waste management rules (sorting, collection…)
• Limit electricity and water consumption
