Your work environment

The team is composed of experienced professionals handling maintenance and renovation work, ensuring the well-being of both our guests and staff.

You are

• Rigorous and organized, capable of managing administrative tasks efficiently.

• Proficient with office tools and software relevant to the role.
• Motivated, contributing enthusiastically to the smooth running of the Technical department.

You will

• Manage administrative tasks, including organizing, classifying, and archiving documents.
• Create and update reports and presentations required by the Technical Manager.
• Organize meetings, draft minutes, and prepare presentation materials.
• Process orders, record and file invoices for the Technical department to ensure accurate tracking.
• Handle incoming calls, directing internal and external contacts to the appropriate person.
• Assist in managing and organizing maintenance contracts, ensuring their follow-up.
• Track technical team certifications and training, and update project specifications.

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will carry out your role with passion while participating in key moments of our guests’ stay. Whether chatting with them, sharing an activity, or performing on stage, you will help create unique memories. Being a G.O is much more than a job — it’s about sharing special moments and emotions within a multicultural team.
