You are

You will
- Clean public places according to the cleaning schedule and set up and maintain, seminar rooms.
- Ensure that the customer promise is delivered according to standards, with professionalism and a keen sense of detail.
- Personalise the customer experience: be sensitive to the wishes, preferences and habits of the customer and take them into account systematically and discreetly throughout their stay.
- Accept customer feedback with tact and elegance. Feedback to your manager immediately as a source of proposals.
- Pay specific attention to children, giving them special consideration, adapted to the needs of the child, their age and nationality.
- Make suggestions to your manager to improve daily operations and customer experience.
- Know and apply the Health and Safety rules and all emergency and evacuation procedures and to notify customers.
