CEPROC, the Center of Excellence for Culinary Professions, is where gastronomy is taught well. We have been passing on our passion and expertise from generation to generation for over 50 years within our 10,000 m2 campus located in the 19th arrondissement of Paris.

What diploma?

Obtain the C.A.P. in Pastry and become a Pastry Chef. 12 positions available.

In summary, you can apply for this alternating offer if you meet the prerequisites required for the training:

  • Be over 18 and under 30 years old (29 years old) at the date of signing the contract (if over 30, see if derogation is possible).
  • Be a national of the European Union or have a residence permit allowing you to work in France and covering the entire contract - 'Study and Work' or 'Vacation and Work' residence permit not accepted.
  • Hold a C.A.P. or B.E.P. from another field or a Baccalaureate (or higher).
  • Experience or study in cooking or catering preferred.


  • Apprenticeship contract from 09/09/2024 to 16/05/2025 alternating between training periods organized by CEPROC and the position of G.E. Assistant Pastry Chef in a Club Med resort (accommodated and fed with financial contribution).
  • The training costs are covered by Club Med and you are remunerated throughout the apprenticeship contract (fixed-term contract), according to the legal standards in force.

Upon completion of the training, you can become a Pastry Chef, subject to passing the C.A.P. exam and receiving a good end-of-season evaluation at Club Med Resort.
