Context

The role is to assist the Online Manager to monitor and update the Dutch & Flemish website, ensure qualified online traffic and boost online conversion.

Missions

WEBSITE

• Monitoring and editing the website, correcting technical bugs

• Improving the online customer journey

• SEO content creation and internal page linking

• Commercial animation of the website during promotional periods

• Update omnichannel tools: FAQ, Store Locator, Price Comparator

ONLINE MEDIA

• Assist the Online Manager with the preparation of the media campaigns (SEA & Display Acquisition) & briefing of our internal media agency, follow-up of campaign performances

SOCIAL MEDIA

• Assist the Online Manager with the coordination (creation & planning) of the social media strategy

CRM

• Assist the Benelux CRM Executive with the translation & adaptation of newsletters & ensure a fluid customer journey from the newsletter to the website

OTHER

• Participate in weekly marketing & commercial meetings

• Ad-hoc assignments, if required (e.g. assist with research projects)

Profile

Dutch mandatory!!

• Business school or a master's degree with a specialization in Marketing / Communication

• Languages: Fluent in Dutch & English. French is a plus.

• Qualities required: curious, rigorous and conscientious, efficient, organized & mindful of deadlines, copywriting, fast-learner, reliable, involved, proactive, team spirit

• Technical skills: Outlook, Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of Google Analytics & Digital CMS would be a plus
