Position:


Within the Commercial Information and Product team, and reporting to the B2B Communication/Trade Marketing Manager, the apprentice will contribute to the creation of communication materials and tools intended for sales networks in order to support and engage their distribution channels.

Opportunity to accompany the teams during business trips in France and abroad.


Responsibilities:


Assist the Communication & Sales Support team with the following missions:

  • Design multi-channel communication materials and tools based on Club Med’s commercial news and campaigns in order to support Partner sales outlets in promoting Club Med offers, thereby contributing to Club Med’s recruitment and loyalty objectives: creation and deployment of POS materials, flyers, posters, window displays, mailings, email campaigns, e-newsletters, product video loops, web banners, etc. (copywriting, design, printing, monitoring, delivery, distribution).
  • Proactively suggest and develop new initiatives to increase customer acquisition through sales outlets. (Sales Openings, Current Offers, New Resort Launches, etc.)
  • Manage Product content for the B2B website: create and update content, ensuring information and visuals comply with the Group’s brand guidelines.
  • Support the Corner network: select/create visuals in compliance with the Group’s brand guidelines for new Corner point-of-sale openings and create invitations for in-store events.

Profile:


  • Bachelor’s degree +3/+4 (Communication or Graphic Design School)
  • Strong creative and graphic design skills
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and responsiveness
  • Flexibility, service mindset, and open-mindedness
  • Dynamic, excellent interpersonal skills, and team spirit
  • Adaptability
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work on both Mac and PC
  • Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics tools (After Effects, Motion, Final Cut)
  • Excellent writing and spelling skills required
  • Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Good knowledge of HTML

Terms & Conditions:


  • Position based at the corporate headquarters in Paris, offered as a 1-year apprenticeship.
  • Current remote work policy: up to 8 days per month, subject to team agreement, with a minimum of 1 day per week on-site; possibility to work remotely for an entire week once per quarter.
  • Opportunity to participate in a Workation program (remote working from a Club Med resort).
