PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Marketing Manageris responsible fordeveloping and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, leading marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance data tooptimizeefforts and align with organizational goals.

GENERAL MISSIONS

1.Developmentof MarketingStrategy

  • Define and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's businessobjectives.

  • Identifytarget audiences and create tailored strategies for effective communication and engagement.

  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities tomaintaina strong market position.

2.Campaign Management

  • Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and events.

  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and adhere to budget constraints.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development, digital) to align campaigns with business priorities.

3.Team Collaboration & Coordination

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering creativity and accountability.

  • Work closely with external agencies, partners, and vendors to execute campaigns efficiently.

  • Ensure brand messagingremainsconsistent across all marketing materials and platforms.

4.PerformanceAnalysis&Optimization

  • Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) such as ROI, click-through rates, and customer acquisition costs.

  • Analyze campaign performance and generate insights to recommend improvements.

  • Maintain regular reporting to senior management with actionable feedback on marketing strategies and results.

5.Budgeting& Resource Management

  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and prioritization of high-impact initiatives.

  • Allocate resources effectively to support campaigns and businessobjectives.

  • Track expenses and report on budget performance to stakeholders.

6. Management & Leadership 

  • Mobilize and unite around a common vision: Engage teams with clear, inspiring communication aligned with strategic objectives

  • Support change and innovation: Anticipate developments, adapt working methods and foster a learning culture. 

  • Developing empowered leaders and teams: Identifying talent, empowering people and creating a climate of trust and recognition.
