- Interlocutor entre los diferentes servicios de la villa, las oficinas de Club Med Business y las compañías que son nuestros clientes.
- Responsable del progreso de la logística y el pago de cuentas
- Bienvenida y seguimiento a grupos
- Promover ventas internas
- Informar a los clientes acerca de servicios y eventos tanto internos como externas
