Position :


We are currently looking for an HR Training and Development Intern.

Within the Group HR Department, you will join the Talent & Culture team and report directly to the Talent Management Project Manager.


Responsibilities :


The Talent & Culture team is looking for an HR Training and Development Intern for a 6-month internship starting in January 2027.

Your role will be to support the Talent Management Project Manager in delivering transformation projects.

More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the implementation of the Skills-Based Organization approach: project management, participation in workshops with teams, skills harmonization, involvement in change management initiatives, etc.
  • Supporting Talent Management programs, particularly change management and communication for global campaigns (Global Development and Performance Discussions, Key Talent Program, etc.).
  • Participating in the deployment of 360@ClubMed, a managerial development tool designed to support our managers.

You will also contribute to other major HR projects throughout your internship, as well as day-to-day operational activities.


Profile :


We are looking for someone with the following profile:

  • Master's level studies (Bachelor's +4/+5) in HR, Development, or Training
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Excellent writing and documentation skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Curious, organized, and practical
  • Positive attitude
  • Fluent in English and excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience in HR, consulting, and/or project management would be a plus

Terms & Conditions:


  • Position based at the corporate headquarters in Paris La Villette, available as an internship starting in January 2027
  • Current remote work policy: 8 days per month, subject to team agreement, with a minimum of 1 day per week on-site; possibility to work remotely for an entire week once per quarter
  • Opportunity to participate in a Workation program (remote working from a Club Med resort)
