Your working environment
Each Resort features several restaurants and dining outlets, from buffet-style service to à la carte dining, including live cooking experiences and festive culinary events.
In the kitchen, you will evolve in a dynamic, international and demanding environment, alongside passionate teams. You will develop your technical skills while discovering a wide diversity of culinary styles and operational setups.

Located in the heart of the Costa del Sol, Club Med Magna Marbella offers an exceptional setting between sea and mountains. This Premium Resort welcomes an international clientele and delivers a diverse, modern and high-quality dining experience.

You are
Currently studying culinary arts (hospitality school or equivalent)
Curious, motivated and eager to learn
Organized and detail-oriented
Reactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
A team player with a strong team spirit
Attentive to hygiene and food safety standards
You will
Assist in food preparation (hot kitchen, cold kitchen, or pastry depending on assignment)
Support mise en place and plating for buffets or à la carte service
Help ensure buffet replenishment and presentation quality
Follow Club Med hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
Work collaboratively with kitchen teams
Discover high-volume kitchen operations (serving several hundred guests per service)
Progressively develop your skills with the support of experienced teams
You will be a Gentle Stagiaire
As a Gentle Stagiaire, you will learn your profession in real-life conditions within a multicultural team.
Beyond technical training, you will take part in Resort life and contribute to the guest experience. At Club Med, an internship is a full immersion—both professional and human.
