By joining our HR, Finance, Digital and Training departments in Resort, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with multicultural teams. You will help create a friendly and professional working atmosphere through a caring and proactive attitude, which is essential for the smooth running of operations and everyone’s well-being.

You are

• Qualified in Human Resources, with in-depth knowledge of labour regulations and employment law.

• A leader, capable of managing a team and representing the HR department to employees and managers.

• Discreet, able to ensure confidentiality and communicate information to the appropriate stakeholders.

• Rigorous, organised and comfortable using office tools, including Excel.

You will

• Be responsible for personnel management and the application of labour regulations within the Resort.

• Support managers and their teams (between 150 and 450 employees) in their daily responsibilities.

• Manage and supervise a team of 2 to 3 HR professionals.

• Optimise payroll costs and ensure rigorous cost management.

• Oversee employee onboarding and performance review processes in compliance with labour law requirements.

• Develop and implement a local recruitment strategy.

• Manage relationships with employee representative bodies.

• Unite and motivate teams around defined objectives and support their professional development.
