Brief Job Summary**

As an Employee Boutique (Clubmed Phuket), you will be responsible for providing exceptional retail service to our guests within the Club Med Phuket boutique. This includes assisting guests with purchases, managing inventory, and ensuring a welcoming and attractive shopping environment.

Job Responsibilities**

* Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering product information and recommendations.
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing boutique, including merchandising displays and ensuring proper stock levels.
* Receive, unpack, and price new merchandise, ensuring proper storage and display.
* Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock reconciliation.
* Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally and efficiently.
* Contribute to achieving sales targets and promoting special offers.
* Adhere to Club Med's quality and service standards at all times.
* Collaborate effectively with other Club Med teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products offered in the boutique, including their features and benefits.

Job Qualifications**

* Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within a boutique or luxury environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
* Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages (e.g., French, Thai) is a significant advantage.
* Strong sales and merchandising skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
