To take part in the Group purchasing strategy definition and prepare its application on a given geography
To secure the supplying activity by optimizing flows and processes
To deepen international sourcing in order to minimize risks and to find the products and services that best suited to our strategy
To collect and challenge the needs of the various entities and consolidate them
To define performance objectives expected from suppliers and negotiate the contracts to achieve optimum price value while maintaining superior quality consistent with Club Med's standards
To measure and track purchasing performance against defined objectives and metrics

•  Encargar los suministros necesarios y prever su transporte y almacenamiento mientras gestiona la información acumulada a lo largo de todo el proceso
