Producing various international pastries
Leading, training and developing Pastry cook assistants (2 to 5 persons)
Attending and decorating during the buffets
Participating at the creation of menus
Preparing orders and administrating the stock
Ensuring the respect of Club Med’s standards and the application of hygiene and safety procedures
Developing the skills of your staff by organizing training and formation

You will join the Cooking team

By working with the Club Med Cooking team, you’ll provide services that combine quality, freshness and volume, with:

An average of more than 3,000 meals served daily
Recipes for over 1,000 international dishes (world cuisine, local specialities and bistro food)
A wide customer offering and diverse scope of work: buffet, plate service, show cooking, gourmet snacks, event catering, etc.
A partnership with the Paul Bocuse Institute going back more than 15 years
Guidance in your development from the Institut du Goût by Club Med.
