- Check that the whole Villa or Chalet apartment is ready, before the GM arrival, (interior, exterior and proper functioning of the equipment) in compliance with the standards and preferences known to customers and during the stay, ensure the cleaning and maintenance of the Villa or Chalet throughout the stay (Daily maintenance, housekeeping service, as new between 2 families).
- Personalise the customer experience:
- Be sensitive to the wishes, preferences and habits of the customer and take them into account systematically and discreetly throughout their stay ; day.
- Pay special attention to children, giving them special consideration, adapted to their needs, age and nationality.
- Receive customer feedback tactfully and elegantly and feed it back to your manager as a source of proposals.
- Ensure the F&B:
- Check the implementation and training of the included F&B services (breakfast & afternoon tea, dinner & menu, room service etc.) and those not included (lunch, barbecue, cocktail, etc.) by respecting service protocols, HACCP standards, service standards and GM preferences
- Ensure the F&B and Butler service (included or on the menu), including the preparation, cooking, serving, and clearing.
