This innovative initiative, in line with the Club Med spirit of combining professional activity and conviviality, bears witness to the company's commitment to the quality of life at work and the trust placed in its teams.
In an internal satisfaction survey carried out in September 2021 among G.Os of offices and agencies, 97% of them said they were proud to work at Club Med.
Between January and June 2022, Club Med, the pioneer and world leader in high-end all-inclusive holidays, will test the "Workation" concept, offering office-based employees the opportunity to telework at a Resort. This unprecedented experiment will enable them to live the customer experience by taking advantage of all the activities offered in the resorts outside working hours, and to strengthen ties with the teams working on site.
This "Workation" scheme is aimed at employees who are eligible to work remotely, who will be able to telework for a week in the Resort of their choice, provided that it is located in the same time zone as mainland France. The experiment will initially involve employees at the Paris La Villette headquarters and the Lyon office.
