    • Creative and skilled for creating innovative flavoursome cuisine to surprise our guests.
    • Meticulous, you master hygiene and safety regulations perfectly.
    • Passionate, you aim to inspire emotion in our guests.

    You will

    • Producing various international pastries
    • Leading, training and developing Pastry cook assistants (2 to 5 persons)
    • Attending and decorating during the buffets
    • Participating at the creation of menus
    • Preparing orders and administrating the stock
    • Ensuring the respect of Club Med’s standards and the application of hygiene and safety procedures
    • Developing the skills of your staff by organizing training and formation
