You will
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of suites, chalets, villas and public areas by planning team schedules efficiently
• Anticipate and fulfill the needs of a high‑end international clientele to ensure their complete satisfaction
• Monitor stock levels, manage supplies and prepare orders in collaboration with the Executive Housekeeper
• Ensure a thorough knowledge of the Resort and coordinate with key departments (front office, laundry, maintenance)
• Manage a team of 5 to 15 employees by setting clear objectives and supporting their professional development
• Report any technical issues promptly to the maintenance team for quick resolution
• Provide occasional support to other departments outside the Exclusive Collection scope when needed
• Maintain impeccable service quality and ensure compliance with Club Med hygiene and safety standards

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
