You are
• Responsible, with the experience and skills needed to manage a team of managers.
• Organized and meticulous, attentive to detail, capable of handling conflicts with initiative and adaptability.
• Business-oriented, with a strong focus on cost control and sales performance.

You will
• Guarantee the quality of all Food & Beverage services, ensuring proper setup and strict adherence to standards in kitchens, bars, restaurants, and all related services.
• Ensure the client offer meets expectations: personalization, handling complaints, and adapting to guest needs.
• Convert budget objectives into actionable plans to achieve set targets.
• Manage and lead a team of approximately 150 employees to maximize development, training, and achieve both qualitative and quantitative results.
• Ensure compliance with legal and commercial frameworks for Resort sales, as well as strict application of hygiene and safety regulations.

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will carry out your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay. Whether interacting with them, joining an activity, or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unforgettable memories.
